As the end of season approaches we sometimes have the odd share available, to
buy or to lease, amongst our current string. These shares are always very
attractive opportunities in proven quality horses. I have pleasure in listing
our current availability below.
ASTURIENNE 4 year old Brown Filly (to be trained by Alan King)
Let's Live Racing offer her to you on a Free Lease contract, with eight 1/8th shares available. We have offered only 4 lease opportunities in the past .... Theatre Girl, Valleyofthedolls, Charmaine Wood, Dansimar ......... all four are quality & have won races !! With a lease contract there will be no initial purchase cost for each shareholder. However the shareholder must insure the filly for the full contractual term & pay all costs for that insurance. Let's Live Racing pass on insurance charges at cost & will arrange the insurance policy on behalf of the syndicate. This filly has beautiful conformation & is already a well built 16.1 hands. She is a good walker & very athletic. The plan will be to contest bumper races this season followed by a career over hurdles in 2009-10. An option for 2010-11 season is highly likely. CONTRACT TERMS - Free lease (no purchase fee) to start August 1st 2008, to end May 31st 2010. MONTHLY FEE & PAYMENT DATE - £285pm all inclusive monthly fee. First payment on August 1st 2008. Last payment May 1st 2010. PRIZE MONEY - All net prize money won is returned to the share holder. INSURANCE FEE - £378.00 one off fee for 2008-9 season. *The insurance premium for 2009-10 season is dependant on her success this coming season. Therefore a figure cannot be produced at this stage.
