Established in 2002 Let’s Live Racing is now a market leader in syndicated ownership. We have seen good success on the track with such well known horses as top juvenile Mondul, Tommy Whittle Chase winner Kandjar Dallier, seven time winner Lorient Express & listed bumper mare Theatre Girl.

Ownership with Let’s Live Racing could not be easier or more affordable.

►	Each partnership consists of 8 individual 12.5% shares
►	Each owner purchases a share from Let’s Live Racing in one payment
►	The horse runs in Let’s Live Racing’s name & colours
►	All inclusive monthly fee, on 1st monthly, of £285
►	Initial two year contract
►	Full ownership rights including all prize money won to be paid in full

The monthly all inclusive fee covers everything involved with ownership such as training fees, gallop fees, vets bills, farrier costs, *transport bills, BHA registrations, accountancy, VAT reclaim, jockey fees, *entry fees & racing colours.

In return you will receive all the benefits of being an owner:

►	Meet your trainer & jockey in the Parade Ring
►	Watch the race from the Owners & Trainers enclosure
►	Welcome your horse back into the Winners Enclosure

►	Enjoy organised visits to see your horse at the trainer’s yard

At the end of the initial two year contract the owners will decide to either retain their horse for another year or sell the horse via public sale.

The partnership will be managed by Racing Manager, Mark Ball.

Mark will contact each owner on a weekly basis with news of your horse. He will be able to give you up to the minute news on fitness, race planning, entries, declarations & jockey bookings. All you have to do is arrive at the races & enjoy the great experience of ownership

LEASING WITH LET’S LIVE RACING

Due to our excellent links with some high quality stud farms we will occasionally have a filly or mare available on a lease agreement.

We have only offered four horses on lease - THEATRE GIRL, DANSIMAR, CHARMAINE WOOD & VALLEYOFTHEDOLLS. All have top quality breeding, all four horses have won.

A lease agreement operates exactly the same way as with full ownership but, instead of purchasing a share, you lease a share. Thereby whilst retaining all the benefits of ownership you eliminate the initial purchase fee.

Lease contracts run for a two year period. At the end of that period the filly / mare will return to the stud farm to commence stud duty. We often have shares for lease even during a season.

* Let’s Live Racing will make a charge for entry fees to major races at the championship festivals such as Cheltenham, Aintree & Punchestown. They will also charge a subsidy for any overseas travel. Full details will be annotated within each contract.
