Nicky Henderson Nicky rode as an amateur for six years
accumulating 75 winners including the Imperial Cup and the
Foxhunters Chase at Liverpool. He was assistant to the legendary
Fred Winter from 1974 to 1978.
In 1978 he first took out a trainer's licence, based at Windsor
House Lambourn, before moving into Seven Barrows in 1990. His
facilities are exemplary with his own all-weather and beautiful
grass gallops.. |
Nicky is at the forefront of National Hunt racing with a CV second
to none. Who can forget See You Then, Remittance Man, Fondmort,
Bacchanal, Marlborough, the list is endless.
His stable this season is as powerful as ever with well known names
such as Binocular, Long Run, Finians Rainbow, Riverside Theatre,
Punjabi & Soldatino ready to do battle. Let's not forget his high
level of success on the flat with Royal Ascot winners to his name.
