He is a recent acquisition purchased to mix hurdling & the flat before, longer term, going chasing. Latin Scholar did well over hurdles but remains a maiden, so we could have some fun with him in 2009-2010 as all doors remain open.

Pleasingly he won on the flat, at Chepstow, when battling gamely over 1m2f under Dane O'Neill. Latin Scholar is big rangy bay gelding who is still growing & will improve in time. Alan King feels he can improve on what he has shown so far.
